Music: Billy Talent - Self-Titled
So.. It's been quite a while since I've written on this blog.. I think most of my writing power has been wielded to livejournal as of late.. But I promise I'll remember this blog too!! ahahaha..
Today was a pretty uneventful day.. I went with my parents to Church this morning, came home, ate lunch, listened to an unhealthy amount of music (like always..lmao), took a 3 hour nap, watched Rich Girls and some Disney Channel, watched the Browns game!! but they lost in overtime.. blah!!.. talked to Leigh Ann, talked to Emaciated Liz.. ahahaha.., had dinner, baked chocolate chip cookies (with those nifty holiday tollhouse morsels!!), and here I am, wasting time even though I should be cleaning the dishes from my baking escapade or getting ready to go out tonight!! I'm going with my Bestest Buddy to see Elf in about an hour.. yay!!
So being home from school, I am already bored!! ahhh!! I used to never take naps..then I spent most of this afternoon is deep slumber.. I'm glad I have a job so I will have something to occupy my time, and something to force me to take on some kind of NORMAL sleep schedule..
Speaking of school.. I am happy!! For my first semester of college, I ended up with a 3.46 gpa.. I am definitely satisified with that!! I gotta make sure I study more next semester cuz I have 2 more additional difficult classes.. and this semester I was really lacking in good study habits.. ah well..
So I CANNOT stop listening to either The Alkaline Trio or Billy Talent.. concerts AlWAYS do that to me - they make me even more obsessed with a band than before.. I attended The Alkaline Trio's show, as part of the Vagrant Records Tour last Tuesday at the Agora, with my friend Nicole and my friends Alex and Jonathan from school!! it was definitely fun times!! I saw Billy Talent on Friday with my Bestest Buddy Leigh Ann.. and we ran into Pete Bode, Dom, and Pat Schneider and hung out with them at the show and afterwards!! We were running late.. should have missed BT's performance even though they were the headliners, but somehow, the show was running ooober late.. so we even caught an entire opening band!! go figure!!
Well, I'm out for now..
